1920 Cocktail

A cocktail from Prohoibition Era

    Ingredients

  • ½ ounce gin
  • ½ ounce kirschwasser
  • 1 ounce French vermouth
  • 1 teaspoon groseille (currant) syrup
  • 1 dash absinthe

    Preparation

  1. Put ingredients into shaker.
  2. Add ample ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain and serve in cocktail glass.
