    Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • Sparkling water
  • Garnish: lime wheel

    Preparation

  1. In a shaker, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lime wheel.
