Beauty Spot

A shaken cocktail with gin, white crème de cacao, and egg white, with grenadine dropped in the center.

    Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces gin
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 teaspoons white crème de cacao
  • ½ teaspoon grenadine

    Preparation

  1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes
  2. combine the gin
  3. crème de cacao
  4. and egg white.
  5. Shake well.
  6. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  7. Drop the grenadine into the center of the drink.
