
Beauty Spot
A shaken cocktail with gin, white crème de cacao, and egg white, with grenadine dropped in the center.
- 1½ ounces gin
- 1 egg white
- 2 teaspoons white crème de cacao
- ½ teaspoon grenadine
Ingredients
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- combine the gin
- crème de cacao
- and egg white.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Drop the grenadine into the center of the drink.
