
Cabaret Sour
A sophisticated and tart cocktail inspired by the dazzling atmosphere of 'Cabaret'.
Inspired by: Cabaret
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Angostura bitters
Ingredients
- In a shaker, combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white without ice.
- Shake vigorously to emulsify egg whites.
- Add ice and shake again until chilled.
- Strain into a coupe glass and add a few dashes of Angostura bitters on top.
