
Caviar One
A showstopping way to enhance prosecco with rhubarb caviar .
- 30ml rhubarb and ginger gin
- 10ml (2 teaspoons) Simple Sugar Syrup
- 15ml (1 tablespoon) Citric Acid Dilution
- 1 dash of lemon bitters
- 30ml prosecco
- 15ml (1 tablespoon) Calcium Solution
- Ice cubes
- 1 pellet of dry ice
- 5ml (1 teaspoon) Rhubarb Caviar
Ingredients
- Pour the gin, sugar syrup, citric acid dilution, lemon bitters, prosecco, and calcium dilution into a Boston shaker .
- Add some ice cubes and stir for 10 seconds, Then strain into the chilled flute .
- Add the dry ice and serve with the rhubarb caviar liquid on the side in a pipette or syringe .
- To drink, slowly drip small droplets of the caviar mix into the drink until the pipette is empty .
- Do not drink the dry ice
- wait for it to dissolve before drinking .
