Chocolatini
It would have been great to have made this into a Fudgetini, however the chocolate version is much more popular (and the ingredients easier to source!) The key here is presentation: it should look more like a dessert than an actual drink...
Inspired by: Harry Potter
- 11/2 part Baileys
- 1 part vodka
- 1/2 parts Crème de Cacao
- Chocolate shavings
- Cocoa powder
- Ice
Ingredients
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Pour in the Crème
- vodka and Baileys and shake well
- Slightly wet the rim of the glass and dip it in cocoa powder
- Shake the liquids well and strain into the glass
- Throw on a few shavings of chocolate
- Serve
