Crystal Ball

Stare deeply into this drink and it is said that those with ‘the gift’ can tell the future. No doubt it involves some awful and tragic event when read by certain people...

    Ingredients

  • 21/2 parts vodka
  • 1 part coffee liqueur
  • 11/2 parts single cream
  • Cocktail cherry
  • Ice

    Preparation

  1. Put plenty of ice into a cocktail shaker
  2. Pour in the vodka and coffee liqueur
  3. Ready a glass half full of ice
  4. Strain the shaker contents into the glass
  5. Gently layer on the cream
  6. Garnish with a cocktail cherry
  7. Serve
