Dead Red Zombie

A tropical and fruity cocktail with a potent kick, perfect for summer parties.

    Ingredients

  • 2 oz light rum
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz apricot brandy
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz grenadine
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz overproof rum
  • optional: fruit garnishes (orange slice, cherry)

    Preparation

  1. In a shaker, combine the light rum, dark rum, apricot brandy, orange juice, lime juice, grenadine, and cranberry juice.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well to mix the ingredients.
  3. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
  4. Carefully float the overproof rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry if desired.
  6. Serve and enjoy responsibly!
