Don’t Thistle My Pink

A martini with a floral and fruity profile.

    Ingredients

  • sprig of rosemary
  • 1 3/4fl oz/50ml Caorunn gin
  • 4 tsp Glenlivet whisky
  • 4 tsp raspberry syrup

    Preparation

  1. Rim the glass with rosemary and discard.
  2. Stir gin
  3. whisky
  4. and syrup in a shaker.
  5. Strain into a martini glass.
  6. Garnish with a thistle.
