El Diablo

A classic tiki drink with a deep, devilish hue from creme de cassis, and is sasssed up with ginger beer.

    Ingredients

  • silver tequila
  • creme de cassis
  • freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ice cubes
  • ginger beer
  • lime wheels

    Preparation

  1. Combine tequila
  2. creme de cassis
  3. and lime juice in a pitcher and stir until thoroughly blended.
  4. Add ice and stir well to chill.
  5. Add the ginger beer and stir gently.
  6. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with lime wheels.
