Gin & Tonic

A simple cocktail, best served in a large, stemmed wine glass to showcase the clear drink and colorful aromatics .

    Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 4 to 5 ounces tonic water
  • Aromatic herbs such as rosemary lavender sage or basil for garnish

    Preparation

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Add the gin and tonic water
  3. then give it a quick stir.
  4. Place your aromatics of choice inside the glass.
