
Gold Rush
A simple twist on the Whiskey Sour with honey and lemon flavors, created during the cocktail revival in the early 2000s .
- 2 ounces bourbon whiskey
- 1 ounce honey syrup
- ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
Ingredients
- Fill a rocks glass with ice or one large cube.
- In a shaker
- combine the whiskey
- honey syrup
- and lemon juice
- then fill the shaker with ice. Seal and shake for 20 seconds.
- Strain into the ice-filled rocks glass.
