Hail Mary Highball

A refreshing and uplifting highball inspired by the idea of reaching for the stars.

    Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 3 oz tonic water
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Lemon twist for garnish

    Preparation

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the gin and elderflower liqueur.
  3. Top with tonic water.
  4. Add a squeeze of lemon.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
