Hot & Cold Espresso Martini

A molecular mixology masterpiece balancing hot and cold elements within an espresso martini.

    Ingredients

  • 50ml vodka
  • 25ml espresso coffee
  • 20ml coffee liqueur
  • 10ml vanilla syrup
  • 5ml Simple Sugar Syrup
  • Nitrogen-infused cold brew foam
  • Hot espresso sphere

    Preparation

  1. Fill a Boston shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add vodka
