    Ingredients

  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • Pineapple slice for garnish

    Preparation

  1. In a shaker, combine coconut rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and lime juice with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled glass.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
