
Malawian Kachasu
A traditional Malawian brew made from fermented maize.

- 5 liters of water
- 1 kg of maize meal
- 1 kg of sugar
- Yeast
- Flavorings (optional)
Ingredients
- Boil water and add maize meal to create a porridge.
- Once cooled, add sugar and yeast.
- Ferment for a few days before straining.
- Serve chilled.
