- 2 oz rye whiskey
- 1 sugar cube
- 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- Absinthe rinse
- Lemon twist for garnish
Ingredients
- Rinse a chilled glass with absinthe and discard excess.
- In a separate glass, muddle the sugar cube with bitters.
- Add rye whiskey and stir with ice until chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
