Non-Alcoholic Matcha Mojito

A refreshing and healthy twist on the classic mojito, using matcha for a vibrant color and unique flavor.

    Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish

    Preparation

  1. In a glass, combine matcha powder, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup.
  2. Add mint leaves and gently muddle them to release their oils.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
