Northshore Cocktails

An unorthodox but delicious tiki cocktail with a smoky flavor, created by Arizona mixologist Jason Asher.

    Ingredients

  • whiskey with a peaty
  • smoky flavor
  • almond syrup or orgeat syrup
  • hibiscus liqueur
  • freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ice cubes
  • strips of lemon peel

    Preparation

  1. Combine whiskey
  2. almond syrup
  3. hibiscus liqueur
  4. and lime juice in a pitcher and stir until thoroughly blended.
  5. Scoop ice into old-fashioned glasses and pour in the cocktail.
  6. Garnish each drink with a strip of lemon peel.
