    Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Rosemary Syrup
  • Garnish: Rosemary Sprig

    Preparation

  1. Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and rosemary syrup in a shaker.
  2. Shake well with ice until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
