Papa Doble

The Papa Doble is a refreshing cocktail named after author Ernest Hemingway, featuring the zesty flavors of grapefruit and lime balanced with the sweetness of maraschino liqueur.

    Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • Ice
  • Grapefruit peel (for garnish)

    Preparation

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add white rum, fresh grapefruit juice, maraschino liqueur, and fresh lime juice to the shaker.
