Pink Lady Fizz

A classic cocktail inspired by the glitz and glam of Chicago's musical scene.

    Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz apple brandy
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Club soda
  • Cherry for garnish

    Preparation

  1. In a shaker, combine gin, apple brandy, lemon juice, and egg white.
  2. Dry shake (no ice) to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice and shake again until chilled.
  4. Strain into a glass and top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with a cherry.
