
Pumpkin Cocktail
A pumpkin-themed cocktail with spiced syrup, rum, and sparkling water, served in a hollowed pumpkin with dry ice.

- 20 oz. Sparkling water
- 4 oz. Pumpkin puree
- 8 oz. Spiced syrup
- 8 oz. Lemon juice
- 8 oz. Orange juice
- 15 ¾ oz. Spiced rum
- Cinnamon sticks
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- broken into pieces
- 6 allspice berries
- 6 whole cloves
- 4 oz. Water
- 4 oz. Sugar
- demerara
- 1 star Anise pod
- 6 White peppercorns
- ½ Nutmeg
- cracked
- Dry ice
- Pumpkin
- hollowed
Ingredients
- Make spiced syrup: Cook spices in a pan for 5 minutes
- add sugar and water
- simmer for 10 minutes
- strain
- and cool.
- Combine pumpkin puree
- lemon juice
- orange juice
- rum
- and spiced syrup in a punch bowl.
- Place a metal bowl with dry ice inside the hollowed pumpkin. Place bowl with punch on top of the dry ice.
- Add sparkling water
- stir
- and pour hot water inside the metal bowl to activate dry ice. Serve.
