
Sarsaparilla Whiskey Sour
A western twist on the classic whiskey sour with a unique flavor.

- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz sarsaparilla syrup
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- Angostura bitters
- Lemon wheel for garnish
Ingredients
- In a shaker, combine bourbon, sarsaparilla syrup, lemon juice, and bitters with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
