Sarsaparilla Whiskey Sour

A western twist on the classic whiskey sour with a unique flavor.

    Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz sarsaparilla syrup
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • Angostura bitters
  • Lemon wheel for garnish

    Preparation

  1. In a shaker, combine bourbon, sarsaparilla syrup, lemon juice, and bitters with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
