
Scorpion
The Scorpion is a tropical cocktail that combines rum and brandy with citrus flavors, served over crushed ice for a refreshing experience.
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 oz sweet and sour mix
- 1/2 oz almond syrup
- 1/2 oz brandy
- Crushed ice
- Orange slice (for garnish)
- Maraschino cherry (for garnish)
Ingredients
- Fill a shaker with crushed ice.
- Add light rum, dark rum, orange juice, sweet and sour mix, and almond syrup to the shaker.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a large glass filled with crushed ice.
- Float brandy on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
- Serve with a straw and enjoy!
