
Scream Sour
A spooky twist on a whiskey sour, with a frothy egg white for texture.
Inspired by: Scream
- 2 oz whiskey
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Lemon slice for garnish
Ingredients
- In a shaker, combine whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
- Dry shake (without ice) first, then add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lemon slice.
