Scream Sour

A spooky twist on a whiskey sour, with a frothy egg white for texture.

    Ingredients

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Lemon slice for garnish

    Preparation

  1. In a shaker, combine whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Dry shake (without ice) first, then add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lemon slice.
