Sing It Like a Sour

    Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz egg white
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

    Preparation

  1. In a shaker, combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Dry shake for 15 seconds to froth the egg white without ice.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled.
  4. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with bitters.
