A refreshing mojito that captures the vibrancy of New York City.

    Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 6 mint leaves
  • Soda water
  • Mint sprig for garnish

    Preparation

  1. In a glass, muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice.
  2. Add rum and fill with ice.
  3. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
