    Ingredients

  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Coconut Cream
  • Black Sugar for rim
  • Pineapple slice for garnish

    Preparation

  2. In a shaker, combine dark rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously and strain into the prepared glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
