The Grand Heist Sour

    Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • bitters
  • ice
  • lemon slice for garnish

    Preparation

  1. In a shaker without ice, add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add ice and shake again until chilled.
  4. Strain into a coupe glass.
  5. Add a few dashes of bitters and garnish with a lemon slice.
