    Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • Garnish: pineapple slice

    Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine dark rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice with ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a pineapple slice.
