
Tipperary
A cocktail made with Irish whiskey, that can be modified by adding a dash of orange bitters .
- 2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- ΒΌ ounce Green Chartreuse
- Orange peel
- for garnish
Ingredients
- In a mixing glass
- combine the whiskey
- vermouth
- and Green Chartreuse
- then fill the glass three-quarters full with ice. Stir for 40 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Express the oils from the orange peel over the top of the drink
- rub the peel along the rim of the glass
- then drop the peel into the drink.
