Virgin Daiquiri

A refreshing non-alcoholic version of the classic daiquiri, perfect for hot days.

    Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 cup ice
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

    Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more simple syrup.
  4. Pour into a chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves if desired and serve immediately.
