Lost in Translation Sour

    Ingredients

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Lemon twist for garnish

    Preparation

  1. In a shaker, add whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice and shake again until chilled.
  4. Strain into a glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
