Difford's Fruit Cup No.1 (gin based and Pimm's Cup-like)

    Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml Gin
  • 22.5 ml Orange Curaçao
  • 22.5 ml Rosso/sweet vermouth
  • 2 dash Aromatic bitters
  • 60 ml Ginger ale
  • 60 ml Cola

    Preparation

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon and orange slice wheels, strawberry slices and mint sprigs (and borage flowers when in season).
  3. POUR all ingredients into glass.
  4. Half fill glass with ice.
  5. Add a citrus slice and a couple of mint leaves from garnish.
  6. Fill to brim with ice.
  7. Finish with rest of garnish.
