
Ramos Gin Fizz
A classic New Orleans cocktail known for its creamy texture and refreshing citrus flavors.
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 egg white
- 1 dash orange flower water
- club soda
Ingredients
- Combine gin, heavy cream, simple syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, egg white, and orange flower water in a cocktail shaker without ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a tall glass without ice.
- Top with club soda to fill the glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon or a cherry if desired. Serve immediately.
