
Virgin Clover Club
A refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail that combines tart raspberry and lemon flavors, topped with a fizzy finish.
- 2 oz raspberry syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz egg white (or aquafaba for vegan option)
- 5-6 fresh raspberries
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Club soda
Ingredients
- In a shaker, muddle the fresh raspberries with raspberry syrup.
- Add fresh lemon juice and egg white (or aquafaba).
- Dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to froth the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with mint leaves and a raspberry.
