    Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • Top with tonic water
  • Garnish: lemon twist

    Preparation

  1. In a shaker filled with ice, mix gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
